Congratulations to the track athletes who displayed great results at the recent provincials!!! We had three quarters of our team earn personal best times!! They put forth their best and displayed great sabre spirit.
The Jr. Girls 4×100 team (Maya V., Elyse L., Mariana B, and Svenya L.) earned a silver medal as well as Lheimarc M. in discus. Maya V got silver in the 400m at a time of 58.42 and a bronze medal in the 200m in 26.53 sec. Mariana B. with 5th in triple jump. The Sr. Boys 4X100 team (Tyler F., Matt P., Vincent L. and Drake D.) went in the final in 8th position and had their best race and earned themselves a well deserved 5th place! Matthew M. got 5th in discus with a 37.42 meter throw. Congrats to everyone and we wish all the best to our gr 12 grad track stars!! You will be missed!!
