The Outdoor Education 11/12 class recently took part in a 5 day Adventure Program at Strathcona Park Lodge. The students took part in many activities such as rock climbing, zip-lining, high ropes courses, bouldering, crate climbing and hiking. The class also went on a over night zero trace camping adventure that saw them head out on a 16 km canoe to a hike/canoe access only campsite. Students learned about different flora/fauna, tree identification and campfire building. The students were fantastic representative of St. Andrew’s receiving multiple compliments from the staff at Strathcona Park Lodge.
